- Advise the President on the development of products and services offered by the ministry.
- Provide wisdom and guidance to the President on the daily operations of the ministry.
- Facilitate collaboration between Key Ministry and other like-minded organizations.
- Participate on committees and work groups established by the Board of Directors, without the responsibilities or privileges of a Director.
Current Advisors
Paul Koomar: Paul is a highly accomplished executive experienced in healthcare management and non-profit organizations. He currently serves as a consultant to the Healthnetwork foundation after having served at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as Division Administrator / Finance Manager Institutional Relations and Development and as Division Administrator of Global Patient Services. Paul also serves as President of the Bay Village, OH City Council. He and his family are members of Bay Presbyterian Church in Bay Village, OH, where he and his daughter volunteer in the church’s respite care ministry for families of kids with special needs.
Libby Peterson: Libby currently serves as Director of Family Ministries at Bay Presbyterian Church in Bay Village, Ohio. She received both her BS and MS degrees in Speech Pathology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She spent the early part of her career as a speech pathologist practicing with a pediatric population and providing oversight in geriatric settings. The Lord called her to a role in ministry and Libby has served at Bay Presbyterian for over 20 years, as Director Children’s Ministry prior to assuming her current role. Together with other BPC volunteers and staff, she was instrumental in helping the church begin its’ special needs ministry, Circle of Friends. Libby and her husband Eric have been married for 30 years and are blessed by twin daughters who now work in Washington, DC and Michigan. She previously served Key Ministry as Vice-President of the ministry’s Board of Directors.
